By enrolling in any Cognitio Cube program, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not register.
Students must be at least 13 years of age. Students under 18 must be registered by a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Fees are charged according to the payment plan selected at registration. Monthly plans are billed automatically each month. Upfront payments receive a 10% discount. All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
Students select 3 weekly sessions during registration. Sessions are one-on-one with a dedicated instructor. Missed sessions are not automatically rescheduled; please contact your instructor at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.
Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behaviour during all sessions. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate termination without refund.
All course materials, including curriculum, slides, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Cognitio Cube. You may not distribute, reproduce, or sell these materials without written permission.
Cognitio Cube is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the program.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of material changes via email. Continued enrollment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
